Teresa "Tessa" Carlson - Owner, Agent
Tessa entered the health insurance market in 2006. She worked with the transition to the Affordable Care Act and has a sophisticated sense of the nuances involved in navigating this environment. She offers expertise regarding individual/family health plans, small group health plans and Medicare plans. A graduate of both the United States Naval Academy (BS) and University of Redlands (MA), she is committed to assisting consumers in meeting their health insurance needs and respecting their values.
Having grown her insurance business initially in Nevada, she now continues to actively serve that market along with Central Florida where she now resides. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family which also includes her animal family of horses and dogs.
Anita Antonio - Agent
Anita has spent over 35 years in the social services sector, working with a multifaceted composition of the community, which fueled her passion for helping others. She has been working and advocating for individuals and their families to provide linkage and referrals to community resources throughout her career. It was an easy transition for her to become a health insurance agent for the state of Florida. Anita channels her same dedication and compassion toward guiding individuals and families through the often-overwhelming world of health insurance coverage.
Anita holds a B.A. in Sociology from the State University of New York at Cortland. When she isn’t helping clients, you’ll find her traveling, enjoying nature, and spending time with the people (and pets!) she loves. Thoughtful, caring, and committed, Anita joined Calla Insurance to support our clients every step of the way in finding the right health insurance plan.
